A dedicated PSUG.pro workflow automation environment on k-12.cloud for school operations: parent communications, attendance reminders, SIS-adjacent workflows, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and approved district automations. k12.cloud deploys and operates the infrastructure; PSUG.pro provides the workflow marketplace, custom nodes, packages, and partner support.
Hosted PowerSchool SIS
Move a district PowerSchool SIS from PowerSchool hosting or another provider onto k-12.cloud. The contracting customer must be the licensed institution or an authorized agent acting on that institution’s paper. Complete technical intake, accept the required agreements, and transfer the files needed to stand up the environment through a protected workspace. k-12.cloud reviews the request and records deployment configuration. Production infrastructure is not created until the request is ready and approved.
Managed Document Parsing

A dedicated, customer-isolated Docling Serve API for converting uploaded documents into structured Docling JSON, Markdown, and related layout outputs. This is the same managed parsing stack reply.school uses in production — provisioned and operated by k-12.cloud for each customer. n8n owns source fetching and semantic interpretation; reply.school does not provide this service.
Hosted PowerSchool SIS Training Environment
A single-tenant, non-production PowerSchool SIS training environment for a customer that already holds a PowerSchool SIS license authorizing a training or test instance. k-12.cloud bills infrastructure and operations time only — we do not sell or include a PowerSchool license. Typically live in under 60 minutes after payment and approval.
